The strategic management tools of vision, mission and purpose can - if applied correctly - be important cornerstones of a successful corporate and brand strategy. As a guiding principle, they offer orientation and serve as a decision-making aid and for prioritising entrepreneurial activities.
What is your medium-term goal (vision)? Which business area should be played and which target group should be addressed (mission)? Does the company pursue a higher purpose that combines the common good and profitability as complementary goals (purpose)?
