YOGI TEA is the pioneer for high-quality organic tea bags. The brand is continuously developing with innovative varieties and ranges. In our collaboration, we set up an internationally oriented new product development process to support the innovation pipeline. The YOGI TEA team itself became trend and market researchers via an individual trend tour in Berlin as well as consumer home visits in Germany and in the "tea motherland" England. The concepts were tested in a multi-stage idea and concept development process, which was concluded with a qualitative concept test in the core markets of Germany, Italy and France. The result: detailed new product concepts for further development in the internal innovation process - such as the new sub-range "For the Senses" with essential oils.
