Comprehensive relaunch of the market leader

AROSA, the leading European provider of river cruises, received a brand relaunch including a revision of all marketing mix factors. A broad data and knowledge base was created via a market and sales analysis, which was additionally strengthened by qualitative market research with guests and travel agents. The aim was to strengthen A-ROSA's premium positioning and innovation leadership. Creative Advantage derived a new brand essence from this with "Schöne Zeit". 

Based on the new brand positioning, the entire marketing mix was further developed under the interim management of Dr. Annette Bruce with the A-ROSA specialist departments. This resulted, for example, in the "Premium All-Inclusive" tariff, which was very innovative on the market at the time, offers specially tailored to families and a targeted expansion of online direct sales. Under the conceptual leadership of Creative Advantage, the first complete travel catalogue was created on the basis of the new brand positioning.
